Highest purchase price for a duplex and highest selling price for a duplex in the neighbourhood. Pricing strategy was the key element used to sell this unique duplex near Commercial Drive. Establishing value with few comparable properties is difficult for these special circumstances and we were able to do that with multiple open houses, price adjustments, and knowing the neighbourhood community plan.
